Warm Moroccan spices add spice to turkey sandwiches. Make the Chermoula Mayonnaise while the onions are caramelizing.

Steps:
- 1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat
- 2. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Turn down heat to medium low.
- 3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown, about 45 minutes total. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 5. Layer turkey on bottoms of rolls. Mound onions over the turkey. Drizzle generously with Chermoula Mayonnaise
- 6. Add lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Put on sandwich roll top. Serve
