Steps:
- 1. Boil together 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 TBL water 3/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup oil 1 cup sugar
- 2. Pour over WELL drained vegetables.. Mix all. Chill at least 12 hours. Overnight or longer is better.
