Steps:
- Heat a 5qt. or larger pot on medium-high. Saute ingredients (A) Olive Oil, Onion, Bacon until onions are softened. Add ingredients (B) Garlic, Herbs/Spices, Sauces, continue to sauté for 2-3 more minutes. Reduce heat to low, add remaining ingredients (C) Ketchups, Cider-Vinegar, Honey, etc. Cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use immersion/stick blender until almost smooth. Continue to cook 5 more minutes. Turn off heat, let cool down before refrigerating. During cooking process - add additional ingredients to alter the flavor to your preferences (Sweeter = more honey/brown sugar), (Tangier = more apple cider vinegar), (Spicier = more hot sauce, add cayenne pepper) Great on Chicken Wings! Grill or bake wings, use sauce to baste in final few minutes of cooking or as a marinade before and during the cooking* *Note: The sauce will burn (honey & sugars) - so if using during cooking process do not cook on direct heat.
