SWEET CINNAMON BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 14

BREAD
2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
4 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Buttermilk or
1 cup Milk plus 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/3 cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
STREUSEL
1 tbs Cinnamon
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Butter softened

Steps:

  • Grease & flour 9x5 loaf pan. Combine bread ingredients and beat 3 min. Pour into pan. Combine streusel ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over batter. Swirl slightly to marble. Bake at 350 45-55 minutes
