This is my favorite sweet chili to make whenever I want a comfort meal that's easy to make.

Steps:
- 1. Brown beef with onion, garlic, celery and green pepper. Drain grease off.
- 2. Add chili powder, salt, cumin, pepper and oregano to the hamburger mixture.
- 3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, pork & beans and brown sugar. Add water to desired thickness--about 2-3 cups.
- 4. Simmer on low for an hour or two.
