Steps:
- I saute butter, molasses and soy sauce in a skillet until it is heated through and mixed well. I usually cook my salmon partway in microwave unless it is a big piece then I do it all in the oven. Put your sauce and some sliced green or diced regular onion on top of the salmon and bake it until the salmon flakes in the center of the piece. I usually put tin foil on a cookie sheet and make an edge to hold the sauce that runs off. Make enough sauce to cover the fillet very well.
