Confetti Cakes are our favorite. We use them to celebrate important happenings. This edition of the recipe is to celebrate Sweet Sixteen with my son, Marquel. My son will turn 16 on July 28, 2012.

- Preheat oven to 350 Place 3 pancakes in the oven Heat for 10 to 15 mins or until warm
- Open the bottle of Spice Farm Confetti Open the box of Writing Icing
- After the pancakes cool Decorate your cakes with a personalized note
