Swedish Mashed Potatoes Recipe - (4.6/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

6-8 potatoes peeled and boiled
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp salt
3 TBS chives
1/4 pound butter
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dill weed
1 box 10 oz frozen spinach drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mash potatoes with butter, salt and pepper. Add all other ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400o.
