Swai Fish in Cream Sauce. image

This was submitted as a trout recipe by Ann Nace of Perkasie, Pennsilvania in a Taste of Country magazine. I am trying it today for the first time so Thanks a Bunch Ann...it's very very good.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2-4 lb swai fish: you could also use trout, cod or halibut
2 Tbsp lemon juice concentrate
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c whipping cream
2 Tbsp bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. In a greased 13 by 9 inch pan, lay the fish of your choice.
  • 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper.
  • 3. Pour over cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
  • 4. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 oven.
