Super Fast Pineapple Pie image

You can lower carb this by using sugar free pudding and whipped topping

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 15-oz can crushed pineapple with juice
8 ounces Sour cream
1 3-oz box vanilla pudding mix
1 graham cracker pie crusts
whipped topping; thawed
1/2 cup pecans

Steps:

  • Mix the whole can of pineapple and juice with the sour cream and pudding mix.
  • Spoon into the pie crust.
  • Spread the whipped topping over the pie.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  • Sprinkle the pecans over top and serve.
