Vanilla Sour Cream Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons bread maker or quick active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Make 1 ½-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2-Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.
