Kick it up: Vanilla or Cheesecake pudding mix with defrosted frozen berries (touch of sweetner if needed). White Chocolate with some sugar free chocolate chips. Pistachio with an ounce of unsalted toasted chopped pistachios. Thick slices of bananas that have been sauted gently in a little sugar free maple syrup. Slices of fresh pineapple, grilled (yum with the Chocolate or Chocolate Fudge Pudding). This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posing for easy finding.

Steps:
- Put tofu and liquid in a blender and blend on highest speed until completely smooth.
- Measure out two cups of the tofu blend and add pudding mix; beat with an electric mixer two minutes.
- Can be served immediately, but is better if chilled for an hour or so.
