SUNNY FRUIT SALAD image

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (14 oz.) can unsweetened pineappe tidbits, drained
1 cup whipped topping

Steps:

  • Drain oranges, reserving juices; set the oranges aside. In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and reserved juice until smooth (mixture will be thick). Stir in pineapple and oranges. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.
