Steps:
- In large stock pot heat 2 Tbsp olive oil. Press in 6 cloves of garlic and the onion, celery, and jalapeno. Sautee until onions are translucent and remove from heat. In a large skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and press in the remaining 2 cloves of garlic, sautee to release the aroma and coat the skillet. Add ground turkey and cook thoroughly, breaking apart to crumble. Mix in chili powder and Northwoods Fire and add turkey mixture to stock pot. Drain and rinse beans. Add beans, soy sauce and crushed tomatoes to pot. Fill tomato can with water and add to pot. Bring mixture to a high simmer for 10 minutes and reduce heat to low. Continue to simmer for 45 minutes with lid off to reduce the mixture. Adjust spice to taste. Ladle into a bowl and top with shredded cheddar.
