SUN DRIED TOMATO PASTE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Cup drained Oil packed sun dried tomatoes. (I use bella san luci from California. I get them online.)
1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2Tbsp Toasted pine nuts
3 Garlic cloves (or to taste if you like garlic)
3/4 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine all in blender or food processor until smooth. Can keep in fridge for a couple of weeks. Use leftover water from pasta to thin.
