my dad requests this cake every year for his birthday.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box(es) lemon cake mix
2 package(s) instant lemon pudding mix
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
3 1/2 cup(s) milk
2 cup(s) coconut toasted
1 can(s) crushed pineapple drained
1 - cool whip

Steps:

  • bake cake according to package directions you can make one big one or layer two small ones.
  • mix puddng and milk until thick add cream cheese blend till smooth
  • spread all over cake like frosting
  • sprinkle pineapple over the top
  • cover all over with cool whip
  • sprinkle coconut over the cool whip
