- Combine cornstarch and sugar in a medium sauce pan; gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature; fold berries into cooled mixture and pour into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. To serve, garnish with whipped cream
