Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine apples, pineapple, celery, grapes, carrott and almonds.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Add to apple mixture and toss to coat.
- Chill till ready to serve.
