250 ml water
250 g white sugar
250 ml water
250 g brown sugar

Steps:

  • Place the water and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Increase the heat and simmer until the liquid is clear.
  • Remove from the heat, set aside to cool, then bottle.
  • Date your bottle and refrigerate until use.
