Steps:
- Lightly grease a baking sheet. In a 1 quart glass measure, combine walnut halves, sugar, and water. Cook in microwave oven on high setting stir every 2 minutes until sugar has caramelized. Pour out onto prepared baking sheet, and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes - watch carefully so they do not burn. Remove from oven and let cool and separate into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
