Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce image

Fresh and delicious, tart and tangy, this smooth sugar-free cranberry sauce is made with whole fresh cranberries and Splenda®.

1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
½ cup sucralose and sugar blend for baking (such as Splenda® sugar blend)
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Empty cranberries into a microwave-safe glass dish or pie plate. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute; plastic wrap will shrink wrap to the cranberries.
  • Remove plastic wrap and pour cranberries into a blender or chopper; puree until smooth.
