Sugar Free Banana Bread image

Banana recipe I found somewhere a long time ago, instead of using regular sugar, its replaced with Splenda.

3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Mash bananas, add sugar and eggs.
  • Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
  • Add to banana mixture.
  • Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
