SUE'S SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups vinegar
3/4 cups water
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 cup ketchup
2 pounds hamberger meat
1 onion chopped

Steps:

  • Saute onion in pan and then mix with hamberger meat. Form into small balls and put into caserole dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour (baste occassionally). When cooked thicken sauce with flour and water.
