Waffle Cookies image

Very good easy to make ..

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/3 c butter, melted
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c flour
dash of salt

Steps:

  • 1. large bowl melted butter, add one egg at a time mixing,mix in vanilla,mix in sugar until well combined,gradually mix in flour&salt.
  • 2. cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • 3. preheat waffle iron.. drop from a small cookie scoop or a rounded teaspoon in center of each waffle grid close lid ..bake on medium for about 3 minutes..or untill golden brown..
  • 4. sprinkle with powder sugar..
