STUFFED PORTABELLA CAPS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg. Baby Bellas or 2-4 Portabella mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed.
1 can crab meat, preferrably claw meat
3 T. Boursin Cheese
3 T. shredded parmesan cheese
garlic salt
salt
pepper
olive oil

Steps:

  • Coat cleaned mushroom caps with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Place cap side down on pan. Mix together crab meat, Boursin cheese, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper to taste. Fill mushroom caps. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish.
