STUFFED HASH BROWN PATTIES
Had these at a breakfast reception at a wedding I attended. Delicious!

Steps:
- Pre- bake hash brown patties.
- Layer sour cream, bacon and cheese on one patty. Return to oven to melt cheese.
- Top with second hash brown patty and serve.
