Stuffed Biscuits image

Snacks made simple, perfect for hungry teens.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 can(s) biscuits
8 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese
8 ounce(s) pepperoni
2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
1 - egg
- oil spray
- flour

Steps:

  • Lightly sprinkle flour on counter and roll out each biscuit flat
  • stuff each with the mozzarella and pepperoni
  • fold 4 times and place seam down on a oil sprayed cookie sheet
  • beat the egg and brush each little "bundle of joy"
  • mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder and sesame seeds and sprinkle on top of each one
  • bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 mins ( depending on your oven)beware, a little oozing of delightful cheese will happen. let cool and serve with marinara sauce for dipping..ENJOY
