Stroka's Steak Marinade Recipe image

This steak marinade is made with soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, basil, and brown sugar.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Blend soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, hot sauce, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a blender until smooth.
