Strawberry Jello Delight image

1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in hot water.
  • Add frozen strawberries to jello and stir until partially thickened.
  • Stir 1/2 cup juice into cool whip.
  • Divide into 4 dessert cups.
  • Top with strawberry mixture.
  • Top with additional cool whip, if desired.
  • Chill 1/2 hour.
