I love little dessert bites. So instead of making cheesecake I came up with these little cuties to enjoy! Easy and semi-homemade!

Steps:
- 1. Combine first 3 ingredients and form into 1-2 inch ball. Put on wax paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 min.
- 2. Have 2 bowls melt choc discs in one, and white choc in other. Drop ball in chocolate and useing 2 forks cover and let excess drip off. Place back on wax paper. Drizzel with colored white choc, or sprinkles. Let set in refridgerator for 1/2 hour to set.
