1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas), thawed
1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Prepare stuffing as directed on package, reducing water to 1-1/2 cups.
  • Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Stir in vegetables and gravy. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon stuffing around edge of skillet. Sprinkle cheese over stuffing; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
