STIR-FRY WITH PINEAPPLE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

14 cup soy sauce
2 tbsps white wine vinegar
2 tbsps wine (mirin sweetened asian)
1 tsp ginger root (grated)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsps sesame oil (preferably)
1 lb chicken breast (boneless skinless, cut in 1 inch pieces)
6 green onions (cut in 1 inch pieces)
2 cups pepper (fresh or frozen, strips)
20 ozs pineapple (juice)
14 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Steps:

  • Use peanut oil to fry vegetables. Do brown rice. Make the below sauce and mix in at end (taste, and maybe add some extra salt, ginger)
