Stir-Fry Lobster & Green Beans image

I'm a big fan of Asian Cuisine. This quick & easy absolutely delicious meal is quite healthy. No need for order take out when you can prepare this in the comfort of your kitchen. You can substitute any protein you wish. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. Cooking with Passion, sw :)

Number Of Ingredients 16

1 lb green beans, sliced
SAUCE
1 c water
1-2 tsp palm sugar
2 Tbsp fish sauce, light
2 Tbsp soy sauce, light
zest and juice of 1 lime
LOBSTER AND VEGGIES
2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 small red onion, sliced
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp lemon grass, finely chopped
1 medium red pepper, sliced
2 lb steamed lobster, cut in chunks

Steps:

  • 1. Add sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Reduce sauce to a 1/3.
  • 2. Meanwhile, blanch greens beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes than place in a water bath. Drain green beans
  • 3. Add oil to a high-heat wok. Saute onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger and lemon grass for 1 minute.
  • 4. Add red peppers and green beans to wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
  • 5. Toss in lobster and stir fry for 1 minute. Add warm sauce and cook until veggies and lobster are well coated and heated through. Serve warm.
