Combine 14 cup broth and cornstarch to make a slurry. 4. Combine broth, lemon juice, 1/4 cup soy, sugar. Add to wok and keep stirring. 5. Add slurry and lemon pieces and stir. 6. Serve over rice with sliced scallions on top as garnish.
