ANGEL LUSH WITH PINEAPPLE
This is another recipe from my sister and she got it from a co-worker. Its very quick to prepare and makes a lovely display with any kind of berries.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Steps:
- 1. Mix dry pudding mix with pineapple with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer [cut side up] on serving plate.Spread 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto cake layer; cover middle cake layer. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto middle cake layer; top with remaining cake layer. Spread remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with your favorite seasonal berries.
