Steps:
- Trim ends off of Brussels sprouts, removing blemished outer leaf if necessary.
- Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
- Bring water to boil.
- Place Brussels Sprouts into steamer basket.
- Cover with lid and steam for 6 to 12 minutes.
- Drain water and enjoy!
