Let steaks come to room temperature-- usually 6-8 hours does the trick if they are frozen. If they are not frozen, usually an hour works. Start a charcoal grill.

4 thick cut steaks
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
2-3 chopped scallions
2-3 clove crushed garlic
black pepper
salt

Steps:

  • 1. While The Coals Are Getting Ready, season the steaks with lea & perins Worcestershire sauce, chopped scallions, crushed garlic, salt & pepper.
  • 2. If It Going To Be More Than 30 Minutes Before You Grill, wait to add the salt until they are on the grill.
  • 3. If using a gas grill (Oh, the horrors!!) Let the steaks marinade for about 30-45 minutes. Grill about 6 minutes each side depending on the thickness and how rare/well done you like.
