Steps:
- In a large pitcher, combine lemonade concentrate, vodka, water and lemon zest. Stir together until well combined.
- Pour lemonade mixture into a shallow freezer-safe pan. Freeze mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight, stirring once halfway through freezing.
- To serve, fluff ice crystals with a fork and spoon into glasses for serving. Garnish with lemon slices, and top off with just a splash of lemon-lime soda.
