STACY'S BBQ MEATLOAF image

SERVE WITH CHOICE OF POTATOES AND CHOICE OF VEGGIES got it from friend

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 tsp beef bouillon
1 Tbsp hot water
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/3 c bbq sauce (i use famous dave's sweet n zesty/ rich n sassy)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp mustard
1/4 c oatmeal
1 egg
1 lb hamburger
1/4 c chopped onion

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, dissolve beef bouillon in HOT water. Stir in all your fixings. Mix well Add hamburger and mix well
  • 2. Press into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 Degrees
