- 1. Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet, turning skillet to coat well.
- 2. Add the yellow squash, zucchini, onion flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until zucchini are crisp tender. Add the tomato wedges, cover and cook until the squash are of desired tenderness.
