Steps:
- 1. Heat grill. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine cherries, onions and shiskey; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until hot. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in preserves. 2. Cut pork tenderloin lenghtwise almost but not completely through to other side. Open tenderloin to lay flat; sprinkle with salt. Spread 2 tablespoons preserves mixture on both sides of pork. 3. When ready to grill, place pork on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Microwave remaining preserves mixture on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds or until warm. Cut pork into 1/4 inch-thick slices. Serve pork with remaining warm preserves mixture.
