surprisingly yummy combination, got this from a friend in my 20/20 group, everybody loves this and asks for the recipe, light and refreshing. You can use frozen strawberries, but fresh are better

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped red onion
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 bag spinach
1 pint strawberry
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Combine first 8 ingredients to make the dressing, blend well.
  • Slice strawberries.
  • Toast the almonds till light golden brown, watch em closely, they burn fast.
  • Toss spinach with dressing.
  • Add strawberries and almonds, toss gently.
