SPINACH MANICOTTI image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 jar of Classico tomato alfredo sauce
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup small curd cottage cheese (reduced fat)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
7-8 uncooked manicotti shells
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mixed drained spinach, cottage cheese, and parm. cheese. 3. Spread 1/3 of sauce in bottom of 13x9" baking dish. 4. Fill uncooked shells w/ mixture and place shells in dish. 5. Pour remaining sauce over. 6. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese and cover w/ aluminum foil. Bake for about 1 hour or until shells are tender.
