1-1/2 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken made with Whole Wheat
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT Hot & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
2 cups finely shredded iceberg lettuce
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook turkey in large skillet until done. Meanwhile, add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  • Add beans, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, hot sauce and seasonings to turkey; mix lightly. Spoon into 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with stuffing, spreading to within 2 inches of edge of casserole.
  • Bake 25 min. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed chips; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and onions just before serving.
