Steps:
- drain the can of tuna. dump it in bowl and add a heap of mayonnaise. dice the 1/4 onion. add the onions and liberally sprinkle with hot pepper flakes. mix together thoroughly. melt the lard in a pan and let the pita fry up a bit on both sides. when finished, open the pita up halfway and stuff the tuna mixture inside. lay a bed of lettuce on top, and you're all set to go.
