1 Whole Chicken Breast (boned, skinned, sliced)
1 Cup Medium shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1/2 Cup Whole Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Sliced Water Chestnuts
1/2 Cup Sliced Bamboo Shoots
1/2 Cup Mini Corn on the Cob
6 T Peanut Oil
Mix A:
1t Garlic Salt
1t Cornstarch
Mix B:
2t Cornstarch
1/2 t Garlic Salt
1t Sherry
Mix C:
1 Green Onion Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1t Cornstarch
2t Sugar
1t Cider Vinegar
1/2t Chii Sauce
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

Steps:

  • Wash and drain shrimp Mix with (A). Mix Chicken with (B). Mix (D) Set Aside. Heat 2T oil in Wok stir-fry shrimp. Set aside. Heat 3T oil and stir-fry Chicken. Set aside. heat 1T oil and stir-fry (C) Add Corn, Mushrooms, Shoots and Chestnuts. Add (D) bring to a boil. Add shrimp and Chicken Mix Serve Hot
