Spicy Ranch Dressing with French Fries image

Ranch dressing is great, but spicy ranch dressing is wonderful. It's even better when paired with French fries source unknown

Number Of Ingredients 11

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 scallions, trimmed and sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- minced zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. each ground cumin and ground coriander
- salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Puree mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, scallions, jalapeno, garlic, zest, lime juice, Worcestershire, cumin,and coriander in a food processor or blender til smooth. Season dressing with salt and black pepper. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving. Makes 12 servings. Serves with French Fries if desired.
