Spicy Peanut Sauce (Cold) image

This is a cold/warm peanut sauce for noodle salads, or to use as a dipping sauce. For added texture, use crunchy peanut butter.

1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
1/2 cup(s) yogurt, low-fat, plain
1 teaspoon(s) hot chile oil
1/4 cup(s) boiling water
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce, low sodium
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot curry powder

Steps:

  • Stir together all ingredients except water until well mixed. Slowly stir in water.
  • Serve immediately.
