Steps:
- In a wok stir-fry the beef for 3 minutes or until browned (in small batch). Stir fry the onion (you can add some broccoli). Return all the meat to the wok. Add the orange peel, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 1 minute. Mix the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and pepper. Add the mixture to the wok. Add the oranges cut in small pieces. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Serve on white cooked rice.
