2 pounds Swiss chard, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, saute chard in oil for 3-5 minutes or just until wilted., Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, pepper flakes and salt; cover and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until tender.
